Brand Marketing Manager
Define how EasyEnv is perceived in the market. Own brand, narrative, content systems, and the marketing site so that engineers and hiring leaders quickly understand what we do and why it is different.
About the role
EasyEnv holds a clear point of view: technical assessments should reflect real engineering work, and development environments should be production-like by default. We are hiring a brand marketer who can sharpen that point of view and turn it into a brand that the audience trusts, remembers, and advocates for.
This is a generalist marketing role with a strong brand emphasis. You will own positioning, messaging, the marketing site, the editorial calendar, and the systems that allow each of these to scale.
What you will do
- Own brand positioning and messaging across the marketing site, blog, social channels, and sales collateral.
- Run the editorial calendar across technical content, customer stories, product narratives, and opinion pieces.
- Partner with Design and Engineering on the marketing site, landing pages, and product launches.
- Build the systems that allow brand to scale, including voice and style guidelines, asset libraries, review workflows, and analytics that meaningfully inform decisions.
- Measure outcomes that matter, including brand awareness, organic traffic, content engagement, and influenced pipeline.
What you will bring
- Five or more years in B2B marketing, including at least two years in a brand, content, or product marketing role at a SaaS company.
- A strong portfolio of campaigns, narratives, landing pages, or content programs that you led and that produced measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent writing skills with the range to credibly ghostwrite for a CTO and for a head of talent.
- Comfort with technical audiences and an understanding of developer culture and how engineers consume content.
- A builder mindset suited to defining a brand rather than maintaining a fully formed one.
Nice to have
- Prior experience launching developer tools or HR technology products.
- Hands-on familiarity with SEO, marketing analytics, and modern CMS workflows.
- Design literacy, including the ability to wireframe a landing page and direct a designer effectively.
