Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

Acceptable Use

EasyEnv provisions real virtual machines and shared infrastructure. To keep the platform reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Mine cryptocurrency, run distributed computing for unrelated workloads, or otherwise abuse compute resources beyond normal development and assessment use.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications from EasyEnv infrastructure.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans, brute-force attempts, or any attack against third parties or against EasyEnv itself.
• Host public production services, file-sharing, streaming, proxies, VPN exit nodes, or torrent trackers.
• Attempt to access workspaces, accounts, or data that do not belong to you, or to bypass authentication, rate limits, or plan quotas.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage EasyEnv as your own service without a written agreement.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to throttle, suspend, or terminate workspaces or accounts that abuse resources or violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep EasyEnv available, but the Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Workspaces are ephemeral by design and may be reclaimed when their lifetime expires, when payment lapses, or when the platform requires maintenance.

You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to keep outside an active workspace. We do not guarantee retention of files inside terminated environments.

Intellectual Property

EasyEnv, its logos, software, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the code, files, and content you create inside your workspaces.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or use the Service in a way that risks the security or stability of our platform or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; charges already incurred (including the 1-hour minimum) remain due.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyEnv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Your continued use of EasyEnv after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
