Solutions Sales Specialist
Serve as the senior, product-fluent specialist across all four EasyEnv products (Interview, Workspace, AI, and Academy). Lead technical evaluations, design proofs of value, and partner with field sellers to close complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
About the role
EasyEnv delivers four tightly integrated products on a single platform: Interview (production-like technical assessments with full session replay), Workspace (standardized development environments for engineering teams), AI (production-like environments paired with leading models), and Academy (hands-on, environment-based learning paths). Our strongest customer relationships span more than one of these.
In this role you will be the senior specialist responsible for product-led evaluations across the portfolio, working alongside account executives, engineering buyers, and executive sponsors who require a clear, defensible business case.
What you will do
- Lead technical evaluations and product deep-dives across Interview, Workspace, AI, and Academy with engineering, talent acquisition, and learning and development stakeholders.
- Design and run structured pilots, develop proof-of-value workflows, and translate pilot outcomes into business cases aligned to each product line.
- Partner with field account executives as the embedded product specialist on complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Develop reusable assets including reference architectures, evaluation scorecards, integration patterns, and ROI models.
- Channel structured customer and prospect feedback to Product and Engineering, informed by outcomes from active deal cycles.
What you will bring
- Five or more years in solutions sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering for a technical B2B SaaS product, ideally in developer tools, HR technology, or learning platforms.
- Strong technical literacy across Linux, web applications, basic networking, and the software development lifecycle. You do not need to write production code, but you should be able to read and reason about it.
- A demonstrable track record of closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, including engineering, talent, procurement, and security review.
- Excellent storytelling and live demonstration skills, with the ability to lead an extended technical deep-dive without relying on slides.
- A self-directed operating style with the ability to develop your own collateral, frameworks, and processes where they do not yet exist.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as an engineering manager, technical recruiter, pre-sales engineer, or developer advocate.
- Familiarity integrating with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday) or LMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted developer and hiring workflows and the relevant regulatory landscape.
