Strategic Partner Development Lead
Lead EasyEnv's partnership strategy. Build and operate alliances with ATS vendors, talent platforms, cloud providers, and AI ecosystems that position EasyEnv at the center of modern engineering and talent workflows.
About the role
EasyEnv is establishing itself as a category leader in production-like technical assessments and developer environments. To scale that adoption, we are hiring a partnerships leader who can identify, structure, and close the strategic relationships that embed EasyEnv into the workflows where engineering and hiring already happen.
You will work directly with the founders and the go-to-market leadership team to design and operationalize the partner program.
What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic partner opportunities across ATS vendors, recruiting platforms, talent service providers, cloud marketplaces, and AI tooling ecosystems.
- Lead partner discovery, negotiate commercial and technical terms, and own each relationship from initial conversation through signed agreement and first joint customer win.
- Define and operate the partner program, including tiering, incentives, co-marketing motions, integration scopes, and reporting cadence.
- Partner closely with Engineering on integration delivery and with Marketing on joint launches, webinars, and customer stories.
- Represent EasyEnv at industry events, conferences, and customer advisory boards.
What you will bring
- Seven or more years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company, with a particular advantage if your experience is in HR technology, developer tools, or technical assessment.
- A documented track record of sourcing and closing strategic partnerships that delivered measurable revenue, distribution, or product adoption outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills, including comfort working through commercial and legal terms with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate a technical product for non-technical buyers and to credibly represent business considerations to engineering leaders.
- A builder mindset suited to designing a partner program from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing one.
Nice to have
- An established network within the HR technology, recruiting, or developer tools ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud and platform marketplace listings (AWS, GCP, Azure, Salesforce AppExchange).
- Familiarity with technical hiring and engineering productivity workflows and their common pain points.
