Thinking Like an Engineering Leader
Part of the Vibe Coding: Multi-Agent Engineering course
In the first two courses you learned to build a product and ship it to real users, all by prompting a single AI. This course asks you to change chairs. Instead of doing every step yourself with one assistant, you are going to assemble and lead a team of AI agents, meaning the same AI you already prompt, each copy given one focused role, who do the work while you direct it.
An engineering workflow is the repeatable path a piece of work travels from idea to shipped, the same way each time. Most teams walk the same four stops: plan (decide what to build and why), build (make it), review (a second set of eyes checks it), and ship (release it to users). The names change from team to team, but the shape does not. ...
