Across the last eleven lessons you added real accounts, a data layer, security, tests, deployment, and monitoring to the project you built in the fundamentals course. Product operations is the plain name for the everyday work of keeping a live product running: watching that it is up, answering the people using it, and handling small problems before they become big ones.
