Capstone: Multi Host Deploy

Every lesson so far taught one piece in isolation: an inventory here, a role there, a template, a vault file, a handful of tags. That is how you learn them and it is not how you meet them. Real infrastructure code is all of those at once, in one repository, and the skill this capstone builds is the wiring, not the parts.

You are going to deploy a two-tier application: one database host and two web hosts running a small app that reads from it. Nothing in here is a new module or a new concept. What is new is that the web role has to know a password the db role created, that the two web hosts must not go down at the same time, and that the whole thing has to be safe to run twice.
