Effects with useEffect

Part of the React course

A component's job, so far, has been to look at its current props and state and answer one question: what should be on screen right now. That answer should come out the same way every time you ask it with the same inputs, the way a calculator gives you the same result for 2 + 2 no matter how many times you press equals.
