Open the test you want to send to a candidate.

Open the test you want to send to a candidate.

Click Schedule Interview to open the form.

Give the interview a descriptive title — it shows up in your Interviews list and the candidate invite.

Add an optional description for your team.

Fill in the interviewee's name and email. They get a one-time link — no account needed.

Pick the interview type — online (live, with a shared workspace + video call) or offline (async take-home).

Click Schedule. The candidate receives an invite email with the join link.

The interview now appears in your Interviews list. Status updates as the candidate progresses.
