How to review an interview
Score answers, scrub the session recording, and leave feedback your team can act on.

Review completed sessions and score candidate work.
Open Interviews from the sidebar.
Use ← → to step through, or space to play / pause.
Step-by-step
Read the walkthrough as text — useful when you can't watch the animation, or want to scan ahead.

Open Interviews from the left sidebar. Filter by status to find what needs review.

Click Review on a row marked Needs review to open the candidate's session.

The review view opens — questions on the left, candidate's work in the middle, session recording at the bottom.

Read the candidate's answer for each question. For hands-on challenges, you see their command history and final state.

Score each question Pass, Partial, or Fail.

Scrub the session recording to follow how the candidate got there.

Click between questions in the sidebar. The recording playhead syncs.

Add overall notes for the rest of your team.

Click Submit Review. The candidate's scorecard is now visible to your team.
