Review submissions
When a candidate submits, the interview lands in your review queue. Here is how to evaluate the work and share a verdict with the rest of your hiring panel.
Open the replay#
From the left nav, expand Interviews and click Interview List. Each row is one InterviewItem (a candidate × test pairing) with the candidate name, the test name, the score (if auto-scoring fired), and a status. Click the row to open the replay.
| Candidate | Test | Score | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sara Aguilar | Backend Postgres tuning | 87 / 100 | pending |
| Marc Kasai | React state debugging | 62 / 100 | in review |
| Priya Nair | SRE incident triage | 94 / 100 | decided |
Replay controls#
- Scrubber: drag to any point in the session. The screen, the cursor, and the terminal all rewind together.
- 2x / 4x speed: most reviews can be done in 15 minutes at 2x.
- Markers: drop a marker at any moment with a comment. Useful for "notice how they spotted the missing index here."
- Diff view: side-by-side of the repo at start vs at submission.
Scoring and feedback#
For hands-on challenges, EasyEnv runs the configured pass-conditions once on submission and reports a per-question result. You can override any score from the rubric panel and write a feedback note that the rest of the panel will see.
Sharing with the panel#
Click Share on a review and pick teammates from your account. They get a notification and a link straight to the replay. If your panel uses an ATS like Greenhouse, EasyEnv can post the score and a link back to the candidate profile via webhook.
