Sharing and members
Add teammates to a workspace, set their access level, or hand out a guest link without an EasyEnv account.
Access levels#
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| owner | Full control: edit, stop, archive, invite, save as template. There is always at least one owner. | |
| editor | Open the console, run terminals, edit files, restart machines, attach the AI. Cannot stop, archive, or change member roles. | |
| viewer | Read-only access to the console (terminals and shared cursor). Useful for stakeholders watching a session. |
Invite a teammate#
- Open membersClick
Memberson the workspace header. - Add by emailType their email and pick a role. If they already have an EasyEnv account on the same organization, they get instant access. Otherwise, we email them a sign-up link.
Guest links#
For one-off observers (a customer joining a debugging session, a hiring manager watching an interview), generate a guest link. The link grants a single role for a single workspace and expires after a duration you pick.
Remove a member#
From the Members tab, click the member's role badge and pick Remove. Their open browser tabs disconnect within a few seconds, and their SSH key is rotated off every machine.
