Share and collaborate
Workspaces with Claude work like every other workspace: invite teammates, run a live VS Code session, share output.
Invite a teammate#
From the workspace, open Members and add a teammate's email. They get the same VS Code, the same terminal, the same Claude. See Sharing and members for the full role breakdown.
Live VS Code session#
Two members in the same workspace can jump into a shared VS Code session - your cursor shows up in their editor and vice versa. Useful for pair programming with Claude as a third participant.
Separate Claude sessions#
Each member is signed in to their own Anthropic account. Claude conversations and tokens are not shared between members - if teammate A starts a Claude session, teammate B does not see A's thread. This keeps Anthropic billing clean per person.
tmux on the machine. Both members attach to the same pane and watch the same conversation live. The credit cost still goes to whoever's account started the session.
