EasyEnv Academy
EasyEnv Academy is hands-on courses on real Linux machines. Pick a course, get a workspace per lesson, learn by doing - with an AI tutor that reads your code.
What is Academy#
EasyEnv Academy is the EasyEnv product for learners. Instead of booting a workspace for production work, you boot one for a lesson: a small, focused, ephemeral environment that already has the tools you need, plus a tutor that can read the files you are editing.
It rides on top of the same Workspace primitives as the rest of EasyEnv: real Linux VMs, a real shell, a real VS Code in the browser, no local install. The Academy layer adds course content, checkpoints, quizzes, an AI tutor, and roadmaps that chain courses together.
What you get per lesson#
- A real machine. Each lesson opens its own ephemeral VM with the right runtime pre-installed. Python lesson? Python is already there. Docker lesson? Docker is already running.
- An AI tutor that reads your code. Stuck? Ask. The tutor sees the files you are editing and the terminal output, so it can answer in context.
- Quizzes and checkpoints. Each lesson has small checks that gate progress. Ship something real, prove it works, move on.
- No installs, no setup. Open the browser, click the lesson, start typing. The machine is destroyed when you are done.
Who it's for#
- Self-taught engineers who need a path through the ecosystem (Linux, then Python, then Postgres, then Docker, then Kubernetes), with real practice at every step.
- Bootcamp graduates who want to fill the gaps that bootcamps skip (Linux fundamentals, ops, real CI/CD).
- Teams who want to skill up a cohort without buying twelve different course platforms.
What's next#
- See Courses for the current catalog (Python, Go, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Bash, Ansible, Jenkins, and more).
- See Roadmaps if you want a curated path (Backend, DevOps / Platform, Frontend, etc).
- See Inside a lesson for the click-by-click of one lesson, from open to ship.
